AWAKEN

Awaken is likened to a beautiful, moving meditation. This is the perfect way to start your day off, as you gently wake your spine and digestive system up after your slumber & cultivate inner stillness, focus + balance before the hustle bustle of the city kicks in.

BECOMING

Becoming invites mothers-to-be into the space to connect with and find support in a loving community. This pre-natal yoga practice will offer mothers-to-be education on how they can cultivate their own journey into conscious Motherhood and create and move into their own birth space, feeling empowered and ready. 
*Available to women who are 12 weeks+
*Not recommended for expecting mothers who are nearing the end of their third trimester (and are close to breaching)

In a world where technology pervades everything we do, how can we disconnect to reconnect? Connect is the opportunity to achieve exactly that. Connect is an opportunity to be heard, felt, seen; and held, in a sacred space. It is also a time to listen, and to hold space for others. In this gathering, we will connect in a circle, where each participant will get a chance to share while others listen. After all participants have shared, there will be time to connect with one another, one-on-one or in smaller groups.

In Feel, traditional poses and sequences are rethought and re-visualized to incorporate juicy circularized movements that are less linear and structured, but that feel natural and meaningful within the body. In this class, you have the permission to release emotions, take up space in the room and honour what your body truly needs on that given day.

MELT

Melt (restorative) is here to help you unravel and unwind from your action-packed and demanding day. You can expect a gently flowing yoga class incorporating fewer poses, and longer holds supported with the appropriate use of props, to ease your body into a state of pure bliss, by soft glowing candle light.

MOVE

In Move (power) movements are linked in a specific way to strengthen and lengthen the body, get the heart beating & challenge the limitations of the mind. Together we will work on allowing the mind to calm while getting centred, and staying focused through the challenges & leaning into discomfort - just as we hope to do off the mat. Prepare to get creative with your body, build strength & expand your practice!

MOVE TO MELT

Move to Melt is a fusion of Move + Melt. To start, practitioners will be guided through a vinyasa-style class to create heat within + throughout their body: promoting detoxification + digestion, firing up their core and accelerating their heart rate. From there, the class will move into long-held, deep stretches focusing on stress release by opening up through the hips & shoulders. These two styles of yoga coupled together makes for a delicious end to your day, leaving you feeling capable, cleansed, elongated, strong & restored.
*All levels welcome — but expect to be challenged if you’re a beginner (with all of the modifications provided)

REFUGE 

In Refuge, you can expect a chill meditation class with a focus on pranayama and visualization techniques to reflect on your state of mind and emotional well-being. Refuge is a state of ‘being safe or sheltered from danger’. During this time, you will find refuge in yourself, your breath & your heartbeat. Here you will dive into your internal well of peace, bliss, self-soothing & self-healing. In Refuge, you will cultivate the tools to move through and stay present through discomfort, negative self-talk, pain, stress or adversity as you connect with and refine the power of your mind.
